Buddy Tape was developed over 30 years ago to provide a grafting tape capable of multiple functions in protecting the plant, reducing the time involved in the grafting process, and making life easier for nurserymen.

The founding partners of Japan Concept worked in Japan throughout the 1990’s and Japan Concept was established in 1998 to introduce Buddy Tape to tree nurseries in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Japan Concept now supplies from its’ stock centres in both the United Kingdom and Italy, also supplying other innovative Japanese grafting products such as V-Cut Grafting Machines and Dai-ichi pruning saws.
